Natures Art: Celebrating the Beauty of Vegetables in Packaging Design

The Natures Art packaging design concept is all about capturing the essence of vegetables and their delicious taste. Drawing inspiration from the simple sketches found on the streets of Paris, Gabriela Chelsoi wanted to create a design that would encourage people to stop and appreciate the beauty of nature's creations.

The can itself serves as a canvas, with the illustrations applied directly onto the white aluminum surface for a long-lasting effect. The design features detailed drawings of vegetables, such as tomatoes and beans, showcasing their unique shapes and textures.

More than just a can, the Natures Art packaging can be repurposed long after its contents have been consumed. It can be used as a storage container or a decorative item, adding a touch of art to everyday life.

The Natures Art packaging design project started in February 2016 in Paris, France, and was completed in June 2016 in Bucharest, Romania. Throughout the design process, Gabriela Chelsoi conducted extensive research on the vegetable can market, aiming to create a design that would stand out from the crowd and truly inspire customers.

The main image of the Natures Art packaging design, as well as the optional images, were created and illustrated by Gabriela Raluca Chelsoi. The design has been copyrighted by Chelsoi Gabriela in 2016.

This innovative packaging design concept has received recognition in the form of the Bronze A' Design Award in 2017. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life through art, science, design, and technology.
